forming includes different massage techniques,
which are:
-Californian
massage:
gentle effleurage; long, soothing strokes using the
palms
of the hands.
It’s effective in eliminating lactic acid and it increases
lymph
flow leading to a reinvigorated body.
-Swedish
massage:
deep
tissue massage, where palms, thumbs and fingertips are used to knead
and
apply
circular pressure. It incorporates vibration movements, briskly pat and
gently bends
or stretch helping nutrients and oxygen penetrate the muscles.
-Oriental
massage:
is using
thumbs and elbows to put deep pressure on the connective tissues and
muscles to
increase oxygen flow to the inflamed and stressed area. It helps to
release
toxins and lactic acid returning the muscles to a healthy state.
-Reflexology
massage:
based on
the theory that the foot is a map of the entire body.
By applying pressure to specific points on the sole,
the referred body part will feel beneficial effects. It
restores and maintains the body
natural equilibrium.
-Sportive
massage:
energetic
massage using stretching, kneading, clapping, deep effleurages and
articulation
amplitude. It warms up and prepares the muscles to exercise.
